6. Police integrity, values and honor

  Article 42-Financial disclosure and management
42.1 Financial disclosure and management
  Being a police officer does not mean a person will ever be paid the same financial rewards as a banker or stock broker and nor should they.
  The motivation to becoming a police officer should never be to become rich. Similarly, wealthy police officers will always attract natural suspicion, for the code of honor of being a police officer is one of service to the community, one of austerity, while at the same time being paid enough so that the daily challenges of life should not cripple the focus of a police officer.
42.2 All police officers are required to divulge all bank accounts and details to the justice department
  There are three things that all police officers are required to do under this article, the first being to disclose all bank accounts and all assets to the Justice department, including purchases and sales.
  Open and ongoing disclosure removes any claim of alleged corruption or receiving the proceeds of crime and at the same time identifies any transactions that might be construed as suspicious;
42.3 All police officers are entitled to special emergency financial assistance
  Where a police officer finds themselves in a financial crisis, all police officers are entitled to special emergency financial assistance.
