| 4.1 | The Civil Code and Police Code | |
| The Civil Code of the Asia Union shall be responsible for administering the civil standards, conditions of and operations of the all civil law, whereas the Police Code shall be responsible for theadministering the code of conduct, functions and operations of law enforcement officials in relation to such Civil matters. | ||
| The Police Code depends in part upon the Civil Code in the fair operation of general civil standards and good conduct as a way of reducing the incidence and risk of anti-social, criminal and adversarial behaviour. | ||
| Similarly, the Civil Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Police Code in administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of law enforcement officials. | ||
