  Article 66-Offences against military law enforcement officials  
66.1 Offences against Law enforcement officials  
  An Offence against military law enforcement officials is when a person deliberately and knowingly interferes with the proper performance of duties of a military law enforcement official including (and not restricted to): spitting at, offensive language, mocking gestures, attempted violence, actual violence, blockade and other forms of physical intimidation.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That one or more military law enforcement officers were in same proximity to the accused;
 2. That the military law enforcement officers did make it known to the accuse they were military law enforcement officers, either in their official uniforms and/or in the display of proper identification;
 3. That the accused person did knowingly and deliberately behave in an indecent way towards the military law enforcement officers;

a) Indecent behaviour against a military law enforcement official, not occassioning threat or actual physical violence;
4-6
a) Indecent behaviour against a military law enforcement official occassioning threat and/or actual physical violence resulting in minor injury of one or more officer;
