|
| |
Obstruction of operation of government is any attempt by persons to interfere with the administration of the parliament, the executive branch, the judicial branch or law enforcement and/or public officers, including threatening elected officials.

| 1. That at a time and place, a government building or operation of government was disrupted; |
| 2. That the actions of the accused contributed to the disruption; |
| 3. That the actions of the accused were done with the intent to cause disruption; |

a) of persons disrupting/preventing entry to a local or state government building, without violence or intimidation;
b) of persons disrupting the proceedings of a local or state parliament without violence or intimidation; |

b) of persons disrupting the proceedings of a national parliament without violence or intimidation; |
