| 7.1 | The Legislative Code and Judicial Code | |
| The Legislative Code of the Asia Union shall be responsible for administering the operations and procedures of the Legislative Branch consistent with the constitution, whereas the Judicial Code shall be responsible for the conditions, procedures and rules of judicial procedure in relation to such Criminal matters. | ||
| The Judicial Code depends in part upon the Legislative Code in the fair operation and respect of the Legislative Branch of the independence of the Legislative Branch and Judicial Branch and the fair hearing of charges and cases of accused persons. | ||
| Similarly, the Legislative Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Judicial Code in establishing the procedure for cases of criminal law brought before the Courts. | ||
