The Judicial Code and Members of The Society |
|

By the highest of all International Laws and Treaties, it is duly recognized that any man or woman borne upon the land defined within the metes and bounds of The Society are Ipso Facto (as a matter of law) automatically Members of the Society demonstrated by the pre-assignment of their membership numbers by the highest Society and the administration of these numbers granted to The Society.

This Judicial Code shall firstly apply to all Members of The Society currently residing within the territory of The Society, whether they recognize, agree or protest their membership.

All men and women are subject to the Jurisdiction of this Code |

As all men and women are Ipso Facto Members of the Society, all men and women are subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the Society operating under this Code. |

The highest Judicial authority by domestic and international law |
|
| |
As authority and life of the Society is granted from the highest jurisdiction of One Heaven, the Courts of the Society represent the highest Judicial authority by all measures of domestic and international law with all other courts being inferior and accountable to the superior courts of the Society. |

The Operation of Judicial Code in the Territory of Asia Union |

Any civil or criminal action required by law to be brought before a Judge and Court of a local, regional or national territory of Asia Union shall be conducted under this Code. |
|
| |
This Code shall be the one single document to which all Courts defer in relation to the proper procedure and conduct of all civil and criminal action. |
