| 57.1 | Edit/update of standard forms | |
| The edit or update of a standard form should be on the approved basis that the information it captures no longer applies or additional information is needed to some other valid reason. | ||
| That a form has been used and has not been changed for some time is not a valid reason for its change. Nor it the argument of a change in government or staff a valid reason to introduce new design elements into a form unless the specific information contained within the form is clearly wrong. | ||
