| The Judicial Code of the Asia Union shall be responsible for administering the civil standards, conditions of and operations of the all private and civil law, whereas the Judicial Code shall be responsible for administering the conditions of and operations of the courts. | ||
| The Civil Code depends in part upon the Judicial Code in the fair operation of the courts and the hearing of civil claims and matters. | ||
| Similarly, the Judicial Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Civil Code in identifying the limits of civil and private law. | ||
