The primary objectives of the Civil Code are as follows: |
|
| |
1. To provide a single supreme document codifying all private laws; |
|
| |
2. To present the full list of civil responsibilities, obligations, their limits and application; |
|
| |
3. To define the grounds of civil responsibility; |
|
| |
4. To clearly place in context the position of civil law versus criminal law, military law and other unifying codes; |
|
| |
5. To provide a single supreme document codifying all military rules and procedures relating to all military law; |
|
| |
6. To present a clear set of civil judicial standards and code of conduct for all justices and temporary positions of judgment; |
|
| |
7. To protect the rights and privileges of citizens of Asia Union by ensure the fair operation of the civil justice system and all those that perform a function within the scope of the articles defined within the Civil code. |
